At Pyrodrone, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your FPV gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your Pyrodrone account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 3-5 business days.
